96.6 - WOUR - The Rock Of Central New York is a rock radio station operated by Clear Channel Broadcasting.

WOUR, has the tallest tower on Smith Hill. Located about 5 miles north east out of Utica, New York. It is running 19.5 kW ERP from three bays at 791 feet abover average terrain. The tower also has antennas for WPNY and W53AM, of witch is a translator for WFXV.
