WQTV and WQWQ are UPN affiliates serving the Paducah, Kentucky area, collectively-known as UPN, The Beat. The station is owned by Raycom Media, sister station to KFVS-TV.
WQTV broadcasts in Murray, Kentucky on Channel 24 and WQWQ broadcasts on Channel 9 in Paducah. Both are low-power signals. The stations are mostly viewed over cable and satellite due to their low-power statuses.
In September 2006, WQTV/WQWQ will become an affiliate of The CW.
Newscasts
KFVS produces a nightly half-hour 9PM newscast for WQTV/WQWQ, Heartland News At Nine. WQTV/WQWQ also shows a daily repeat of KFVS' The Breakfast Show, everyday at 7AM. Recently they also added a re-air of KFVS's Heartland News at noon at 1 p.m.See also
