Encyclopedia : W : WW : WWE : WWE Bad Blood
WWE Bad Blood was a World Wrestling Entertainment(WWE)-produced pay-per-view event that took place, usually, in June and was the successor of the King of the Ring pay-per-view. In 2003 and 2004, it was an exclusive event for the RAW brand. Bad Blood was first shown in 1997, titled as In Your House: Badd Blood and took place on October 5. The pay-per-view is known for introducing the Hell in a Cell match, and the main event of every Bad Blood has been a Hell in a Cell match. The pay-per-view was retired in 2005 due to ECW One Night Stand as it was replaced when WWE Vengeance moved to June and The Great American Bash moved to July.
