Waarder () is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Reeuwijk, and lies about 5 km southwest of Woerden.
In 2001, the town of Waarder had 1143 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.18 km2, and contained 416 residences.Statistics Netherlands (CBS), [Bevolkingskernen in Nederland 2001]. (Statistics are for the continuous built-up area).
