Wang Guangya

Wang Guangya (ηε δΊ) (b. 1950) was President of the UN Security Council for the month of February 2004, China's Vice Minister of foreign affairs and permanent representative of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations.
He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
Iran's nuclear program
On May 3, when Britain and France introduced a U.N. Security Council resolution insisting Iran end its nuclear program, Guangya commented, "I don't think this draft as it stands now will produce good results. I think it's tougher than expected."References
