Waratah motorcycles were manufactured by Williams Bros., 213-7 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW, Australia (they later became P&R Williams) from 1914 to around 1948. They made small machines assembled from British components, including Villiers engines, Sun frames, Druid and Brampton forks. Probably in the later years, they simply Badge engineered using Norman and Excelsior machines. They were Australia's longest running motorcycle manufacturer, however very little information seems to have survived.
