Warpath was an Autobot Mini-Bot from the Generation One incarnation of Transformers.
Warpath Toy
The Warpath toy was originally released in 1985, and reissued in Japan in 2004. Also in 2004, the Warpath mold was repainted as a new version of the Gobots character Treads.
Animated Series
As characterized in that animated series, Warpath had an overly excitable personality, and showed a tendency to make verbal onomatopoeia in the heat of battle.
