We're All To Blame is the 1st single from Chuck by Sum 41 the song is about the state of the world the war, people dying, people living in fear, corporations ect; and how everyone is to blame for either causing a problem or letting it go on, basically the song is saying if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.

The video is a spoof of Solid Gold (it even feaures the solid gold dancers) and at the end the annoucer tells us the next guest is Pain For Pleasure.
