Meaning
Riding the bumps refers to the physical act of bumping in Australian rules football. The lyric suggests that the players are tough and that they enjoy playing through pain. One for all and all for one suggests both teamwork and the Australian tradition of mateship. Although not on the official song, the players sometimes sing 4,3,2 before "One for all and all for one"
