Weston Road is a north-south street in west end Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The route is named for the former Village of Weston, near Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West.

Weston begins at Keele Street and St. Clair Avenue (Keele Street is cut-off north of this location). and travels in a northwest direction to the Highway 401. North of the 401, Weston is a north-south road to Steeles Avenue and continues into Vaughan in York Region.

Most of Weston is a four-lane principal arterial road through residential areas, except for the northern section which is mostly industrial. The speed limit south of Finch Avenue is 50 km/h (30 mph), which increases to 60 km/h (35 mph) between Finch and Steeles, and 70 km/h (45 mph) north of Steeles.

North of Steeles, Weston Road is also referred to as York Regional Road 56. The northerly limit of Weston Road is at Highway 9, in the Holland Marsh.
