White space, commonly called whitespace in technical fields, may mean:
- White space (graphic design), the portion of a page left empty
- Whitespace (computer science), a character or series of characters representing horizontal and/or vertical space in written text
- Whitespace programming language, a programming language whose syntax consists only of spaces, tabs and newlines
