The Wichita, Tillman and Jackson Railway (AAR reporting mark WTJR) is a subsidiary of the Rio Grande Pacific Company that operates two disconnected lines in Oklahoma and Texas.

The first line extends from Wichita Falls, Texas, to Altus, Oklahoma, on trackage that was formerly operated by the Katy. The line is one of three segments remaining of the MKT Northwestern District, which once stretched between Wichita Falls and Keyes, Oklahoma. The name of the company refers to the counties that it passes through - Wichita County, Texas, Tillman County, Oklahoma, and Jackson County, Oklahoma.

The second line extends from a connection with the Union Pacific Railroad at Waurika, Oklahoma, northwest to Walters, Oklahoma. This line is operated under lease from the State of Oklahoma, but was originally operated by the Rock Island. It once extended north of Walters to Lawton, Oklahoma, but had been abandoned between Lawton and Walters prior to the start of WTJR operations.
