Will Pan is a television actor and a host of Channel V programs. Born Wilber Pan in West Virginia, United States, he later moved to Taiwan at age 7. Though born in the United States, he is not as fluent in English as in Chinese, in part because he didn't receive much education in the United States. He attended Taipei American School and graduated as a part of the class of 1999. He has still retained his dual citizenship in the U.S.A. and Taiwan. Recently, he released his latest album, 高手, in Asia, with the hit duet "Can't Resist You" (不得不愛), the Chinese version of the Korean hit, Y (Please Tell Me Why) by Free Style, which is hitting the charts in Taiwan.
