Willem II Stadion is a multi-use stadium in Tilburg, Netherlands, and the home ground of Willem II Tilburg. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium is able to hold 14,750 people, was built in 1995 and renovated in 2000 to add business lodges, a restaurant, conference rooms, businessclub and a supportersbar to the main building.

The new stadium is built on the same spot as the old stadium, which had less capacity and facilities. This stadium was torn down in 1992.
