William Lutz

William Lutz is an American linguist specialising in doublespeak and the use of plain language. Lutz is widely published on the topic of doublespeak, or the manipulation of language, and has also worked with corporations and government in the use of 'plain language'. Lutz has been Professor of English at Rutgers University-Camden in Camden, New Jersey since 1991.
