William Wallace Wotherspoon

William Wallace Wotherspoon (November 16, 1850 - October 21, 1921) was a United States Army general. He served as the president of the Army War College between 1907 and 1909, and again from 1909 to 1912. He served as the Army Chief of Staff in 1914 from April to November.
