Wolfgang Wolf (born September 24 1957 in Tiefenthal) is a German soccer coach and a former player.
Career as Player
He first played for the VfR Hettenleidelheim until 1976. Then he transferred to 1. FC Kaiserslautern, where he played from 1976 to 1988, then to Stuttgarter Kickers, his team from 1988 to 1992, and finally to VfR Mannheim, he stayed here until 1994.Career as Coach

- 1998-2003: VfL Wolfsburg
- 2003-2005: 1. FC Nürnberg
- since 2005: 1. FC Kaiserslautern
