Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo (or simply “WKLL”) is a law firm which is based in Hong Kong. It was formed by the merger of two law firms respectively called “Woo & Kwan” and “Charles Lee & Stephen Lo” back in 1973. The law firm has more than 300 staff, with more than 70 qualified professionals (including senior partners, partners, consultants and assistant solicitors) and approximately 14 trainee solicitors. It is the biggest locally-owned law firm in Hong Kong.
Apart from having a representative office in Beijing, PRC, the firm is also associated with the Grandall Legal Group in the PRC. Grandall Legal Group is one of the biggest law firms in the PRC, with affiliate offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Kunming. The joint venture the two firms was the first few of the economic association in legal services between PRC law firms and Hong Kong firms under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA).
Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo is also associated with Sichuan Tahota Law Firm, a law firm having offices in Beijing and Sichuan, PRC.
The firm is also associated with Siam Premier International Law Office Limited, a law firm in Thailand.
