Woqooyi Galbeed (Somali: Woqooyi Galbeed; Arabic: ‎ Wūqūy Ghalbayd) is a region (gobolka) in northern Somalia. Its capital is Hargeisa. It is bordered by Ethiopia, the Somali regions of Awdal, Sanaag, and Togdheer, and the Gulf of Aden. Woqooyi Galbeed is one of the six regions of the self-proclaimed but internationally unrecognized Republic of Somaliland (former British Somaliland) and is mainly inhabited by the Isaaq tribe and small part of Samaron.

This region consists of 3 districts:

• Berbera
• Gebilay
• Hargeisa
