Wrexham Maelor

Wrexham Maelor was a local government district in Clwyd, Wales, from 1974 to 1996.
It was formed as a merger of the municipal borough of Wrexham and most of Wrexham Rural District in Denbighshire, and also Maelor Rural District and Marford and Hoseley from Hawarden Rural District, in Flintshire. The district was merged in 1996 to form the bulk of the Wrexham county borough.
