Xieli Khan

Bagatur-Shad (Il-khan, Chieli, Kara-Khieli, Hieli, Jiele, Duobi, 咄苾, Illig-Qaghan) the eleventh qaghan of the gokturk empire. He attacks the tang empire and is defaeated by a revolt of the Tieli tribes lead by the Uyghurs and the Syr-Tardush. He is the final Qaghan of the first empire.
