Yagnobi

Yagnobi is an Iranian language spoken by about two-and-a-half-thousand people in Tajikistan. There are two dialects, Eastern Yagnobi and Western Yagnobi. Yagnobi has its roots in the Sogdian language.

Yagnobi has 8 vowels and 27 consonants.

Morphologically, Yagnobi feature both inflected and analytic forms.
