Yoon Gwan is a Korean general of Goryeo dynasty, known from expanding the territory of the north-eastern region of the dynasty.

The extent of his campaign is in dispute. While the general belief is that his nine fortresses were built in present-day North Korea, a number of historical sources seems to indicate that Yoon may have retaken parts of Manchuria for Korea, if only temporaily.
