Ysaye Quartet

The Ysaÿe Quartet is a French string quartet that was founded in 1984 by students at the Paris Conservatoire (not to be confused with the earlier Belgian ensemble from which it took its name: formed in 1886 by Eugène Ysaÿe, Mathieu Crickboom, Léon van Hout and Joseph Jacob).
Its members are
- Guillaume Sutre (violin) (previously Christophe Giovaninetti)
- Luc-Marie Aguera (violin) (previously Romano Tommasini)
- Miguel da Silva (viola)
- Francois Salque (cello) (previously Carlos Dourthe, then Michel Poulet, then Marc Coppey)
