Zanzibar!

Zanzibar! is an episode of the Nicktoon Rocko's Modern Life, an animated special revolving around recycling. Unlike most episodes in the series it is a musical, utilizing song and dance numbers to get points across.
Springtime has hit O-Town and everyone has a song in their hearts (except for Rocko who missed the Thursdat rehearsals). After a spirited session of spring cleaning the citizens take their garbage to the O-Town dump only to discover that it is full. Ed Bighead suggests dumping their garbage in the city park, revealing he doesn't care about the environment. Rocko, Heffer and Slippy the Slug (who manages the dump) are horrified, but then Captain Compost Heap (an obvious parody of Captain Planet) appears and explains to the three that by recycling and conserving they can help the environment. Rocko then persuades the rest of O-Town, except for Mr. Bighead, to pitch in. They recycle most of everything in the dump and construct the O-Town Recycling Center, only to have Captain Compost Heap point out that one group in the city isn't doing their part: the megacorporation known as Conglom-O, where Mr. Bighead works. Forming the most cheerful and friendly big unruly mob in history, the citizens go down to the Conglom-O headquarters and demand to see the board of directors.
However the security guard out front refuses to let them in without an appointment. Dejected, the townspeople disperse with Heffer attempting to stop them. Left alone with the guard, Rocko convinces him to let him see the board of directors, since as a customer, he keeps Conglom-O in business. Although granted an audience with Conglom-O chairman Mr. Dupette and his board of yes-men, Rocko's efforts to explain recycling to them initially fail, until Heffer returns with the big unruly mob and, through song and dance, persuade Dupette and the board to clean up their act. Rocko and his friends depart, successful, and Mr. Dupette decides to put Ed Bighead in charge of the cleanup.
