Zayed University

Zayed University is a higher educational institution serving female students in the United Arab Emirates. It was established in 1998 and named in honour of Sheikh Zayed, the country's first president.
Zayed university has two campuses in the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, serving 2500 female students. A third campus to open in Dubai in 2006 is expected to increase enrollment to 5000. Zayed University is organized academically into five colleges: Arts and Sciences, Business Sciences, Communication and Media Sciences, Education, and Information Systems.
