Zombies vs. Humans (also called Humans vs. Zombies) is a live-action game of tag which involves a large number of players (often hundreds of people) and long game time (sometimes taking weeks). Since its believed origins at Goucher College, the game has been growing in popularity among college campuses. The game often involves bandanas for team identification purposes, Nerf weapons for human defense against zombies, and some form of centralized administration (often a web application) to keep track of the constantly changing teams. October 25th is National Zombie Day[link], a college holiday where students are encouraged to play Humans vs. Zombies on college campuses around the world.
